I founded OnShore Engineering and Construction with the governing principles of quality and service excellence.  Throughout my 28-year career as a civil engineer, I have been involved in many engineering projects at all levels. I have learned what works and what doesn't when it comes to large infrastructure projects.  Service is paramount at OnShore Engineering and Construction.  I stress this with every team member for every project. 

Many people who have worked with me and know me personally, understand my passion for engineering and my clients.  I work tirelessly everyday to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the high standards I have set for the company.  As part of the OnShore Technology Group, we bring advanced technology to our projects to deliver 21st century engineering solutions.  With each project we undertake, my personal and professional reputation is on the line.  We will endeavor each day to earn the respect and repeat business of our clients.

WOMEN IN ENGINEERING

As a woman in engineering, I feel a special responsibility to give back to the community.  I am involved with S.T.E.M. (Science /Technology /Engineering / Math) initiatives at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and DePaul University to encourage women and minorities to pursue careers in engineering.   President Barack Obama recently announced the launch of several nationwide programs to help motivate and inspire students to excel in science and math.  The President called for "all hands on deck" to help ensure success.  OnShore Engineering & Construction is answering the call.  We are offering a new scholarship to women of color who want to pursue a career in civil and environmental engineering.  I will continue to speak to students across the country to encourage them to pursue a career in civil engineering - a profession I have been priviledged to be a part of for the past 28 years.
